There is a brief time frame at the beginning of each regular City Council meeting where the public is invited to address Council regarding any items not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to 3 to 5 minutes each and Council is prohibited by law from taking any action on matters discussed that are not on the agenda, and no adverse conclusions should be drawn if Council does not respond to public comment at that time.
A public binder that contains the entire agenda packet is available at the Chowchilla City Hall prior to the meeting date or on the Agendas, Minutes and Hearings page.
The Mayor and Council Members do not staff offices at the Civic Center. Messages and correspondence may be delivered to them via email or voice mail. See the Council Directory page for contact information.
